Yubikey Bio is Yubico's first security key with a built-in fingerprint reader.
It incorporates a fingerprint scanner into its security key, so users won’t
need to type in a password or PIN if they insert it into a computer. They'll
just scan their fingerprint to unlock access. The company says the
new Yubikey can support “fingerprint recognition for secure passwordless and
second factor logins.” The fingerprint data itself is saved in a separate
“secure element” on the key, kept away from the central systems, according to
Yubico. In addition, the fingerprint data never leaves the device. Designed to
work with applications that support the FIDO 2.0, WebAuthn, and U2F standards.
It doesn’t need a battery or any software drivers for the fingerprint
sensor to operate on a PC.  Available for the USB Type A, and USB Type-C ports.

The TinyCircuits Thumby is a tiny playable keychain and the world's smallest
console, and like seriously tiny at 1.2” x 0.7” x 0.3” (29.5mm x 18mm
x 8.5mm), a size of your thumb. Yet, in this small space the [TinyCircuits
company](https://tinycircuits.com/) managed to fit an impressive gaming system. It comes with a Raspberry
Pi RP2040 Processor, 2MB of storage, micro USB for programming & multiplayer
using Thumby Link cable, 72x40 Monochrome OLED, Piezo speaker, and a 40mAh
Rechargeable LiPo Battery which gives you about 2 hours of gameplay, all in
a sturdy plastic case. It comes pre-loaded with 5 retro games, which are free and open-source so you
can hack them however you want. Users will be able to create and share their own games using the MicroPython programming language.
Thumby will by available in four colors, light gray, light blue, and magenta
and first deliveries are estimated to be in February 2022.
