Powering the laptop is AMD's Ryzen 7 7840HS APU which is going to cater to global audiences.

In terms of specifications, the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS "Phoenix" APU features 8 cores and 16 threads based on the Zen 4 core architecture, 8 MB of L2 and 16 MB of L3 cache, & clocks of up to 5.1 GHz. It comes with a TDP that's configurable between 35-54W and also houses the Radeon 780M "RDNA 3" iGPU which packs 12 compute units running at 2700 MHz. The chip comes with AMD's Ryzen AI capabilities, offering up to 10 TOPs of compute.

In terms of pricing and availability, Xiaomi hasn't revealed the exact pricing but the laptop should be available for around 5000 RMB or $700 US which is very nice considering the amount of power this APU packs.
