The LEGO Ideas platform where fans can submit ideas for upcoming LEGO sets has delivered some great projects recently, but the newly announced LEGO Ideas Fender Stratocaster guitar and amp set might be the coolest one yet. If you’re looking to channel your inner rockstar while listening to Stairway to Heaven, you’ll want this set.
The Stratocaster idea took 7th place in the LEGO Ideas Music to Our Ears competition, but apparently, the team at LEGO thought it was awesome enough to create, and we’d have to agree. Fans can build the Fender Stratocaster set with a red or black guitar, and it even comes with a Fender guitar strap, amp, foot pedal, display stand, and more. In addition, the kit delivers the cover to change it from red to black.

LEGO’s new Fender Stratocaster Guitar set has 1,074 brick pieces, and surprisingly, will only retail for $99 when it’s released on October 1st.
As expected, the guitar features six strings, a tremolo arm for distortion, and poseable tuning pegs so you can get dialed in, then crank it up to 11. As a bonus, the top and back of the amp are removable, which shows stunning details, including wiring, tubes, a speaker, and even a little motherboard.
