The final release of [watchOS 8.7](https://appleinsider.com/inside/watchos-8) featuring bug fixes is now available to download.

The public release of watchOS 8.7 includes bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements for the [Apple Watch](https://appleinsider.com/inside/apple-watch). Apple has not provided any details on public-facing features for the software.Like with all releases of [watchOS 8](https://appleinsider.com/inside/watchos-8), it will be compatible with [Apple Watch Series 3](https://appleinsider.com/inside/apple-watch-series-3) and later models, as well as [Apple Watch SE](https://appleinsider.com/inside/apple-watch-se).
