Asus has announced an upcoming laptop with a 13.3-inch OLED touchscreen that you can detach from the keyboard. The Asus Vivobook 13 Slate OLED will join an increasing roster of OLED-equipped laptops but stands out with its form factor and price.

Asus' upcoming two-in-one has a stand you can attach to the back of the display, allowing for an angle as steep as 170 degrees. The OLED panel is equipped for horizontal or vertical orientation.

Interestingly, Asus is pushing the PC as an entertainment device, going as far as to market it as "Your OLED TV." At 13.3 inches, the display is much smaller diagonally than the average TV but does make for a more affordable route to trying out OLED than, say, an LG C1. The 1920×1080 resolution screen uses the 16:9 aspect ratio, which suits modern shows and movies.
